Cosmic Wind

It's a very grey day for the Cosmic Wind.

I am wandering around the harbor and boat launch early this AM before work. It is high tide. There is ice floating in the harbor from Ship Creek and the shoreline.

The Cosmic Wind is a tug that works the harbor. Or maybe I should say used to work the harbor, seems to be deep in the water and listing to port.

This afternoon I will return and see what is happening at low tide.
