Favourite roost

Our chickens are a bit forward. They think nothing of jumping on our windowsills and pecking until we take them something to eat. This doesn't happen often as we ignore them but it does tend to freak out our visitors.

This one is Madeye, the kitchen window is her favourite spot. She is blind in one eye, due to a kick by a cow we think, and it makes her look very scary. I did try to get a pic of her blind eye but as she was watching me it was her good eye that she had on me. Ended up she just sat with her bum facing me in disgust that I wouldn't feed her, so that's what you're looking at.
