I doubt I'll get any other pictures for today so I might as well post this.

I finally got my assignment in the post today and so to celebrate I tried to make falafel (fried spiced chickpea balls). They tasted like falafel but when they hit the oil they began to disintigrate so it turned out more like falafel mush than balls. Maybe as I don't need them to be vegan I'll add some egg next time to help hold them together.

Taken the rest of the day off to relax (and when I say relax, I mean get done all the jobs I've had to put off for the last week) before starting the studying again tomorrow.
