Well that's clarity then!

May seem like a depressing picture but I'll use it as a benchmark... hopefully by the time this appear as my "a year ago" thumbnail I'll be looking back at it as a really good thing.

So. Formally at risk and "unpooled" therefore in the position of fighting to justify that my role is essential to the company. Joy :)

Over the next 3 weeks they'll either decide that they just can't do without me or I'll be given the opportunity to explore new horizons. T'will be interesting whichever way the cookie crumbles.

I intend to relax and enjoy my weekend.
