Pizza Party

After a day sorting out the house, what better than to invite dear friends round to mess it up again for an impromptu pizza party!? It was a fun night, I was head of the dough and tomato sauce section and all invited friends (including a 4 year old!) were asked to bring along their favourite toppings. Combos tonight included retro ham and pineapple, blue cheese and choizo, chilli and mixed peppers and the pictured tuna & anchovy. All delicious!

My tips for home-cooked pizza? First, don't be shy - whack your oven on full blast. Second, get a pizza stone. Third, go for thin crust. Fourth, get your friends to do the hard work - and enjoy! :-)
