Miracle Spaniel

Hooray! After a roller coaster week, Primmie, the family spaniel, pulled through. Having spent the end of last week under a tree not eating, the vet in St. Andrews couldn't get to the bottom of the problem and she deteriorated fast, ending up in doggie intensive care at the Dick vet in Edin with the outlook bleak on Tuesday night. However, they have since diagnosed her as having Addisons disease which is treatable and she's back home! Apart from having various parts for her anatomy shaved for drips and tests, she's back to her old, daft self and we're all glad to have her back....
