Busy Birthday

As I mentioned yesterday, today was Krystal's (daughter) 2nd birthday. It was also my father in law's 60th during the week, so we went off to Elgin to stay in a hotel and have a nice meal. But so as not to make it too grown up, after the long drive, we visited McDonalds for lunch before checking in.

We then went to Brodie Country Fare to meet the in-laws and have a nosey about. I normally love it there, but we normally go at Christmas and it's magical. I wasn't overly taken this time! This shot was taken in the car park. No editing at all.

Krystal wore a gorgeous pretty pink dress that was really a bit flowergirly for a meal, but lovely all the same!! Lovely meal, kids dancing and playing till about 11pm.
