Where is Everyone?

The plan was to bring my mum to this hotel for Afternoon Tea today. I tried for two days to ring up and book but was continually put through to an answerphone. Left messages which weren't followed up.

We decided to go anyway, only to find a notice on the door "Fully Booked - Private Function".

IF ONLY they'd rung me back it would have saved a wasted journey - aghhhh!!
