poppies for Rosie aka Carol

this evening I was surprised to see this poppy bloom. Although it is not the same bud that I bliped yesterday, it is in the same area.

Today I noticed for the first time that when they are only a bud they have their heads bowed, and then when they bloom they stand upright. I thought that was kind of a cool observation.
Maybe you would have to be here. :)
