Green bag, workies, cigarette girl...

A couple of recent blips set me thinking...

On Tuesday, Richard mentioned that he had only taken one photograph in the day. I'm sure that has happened to many of us for whatever reason; it has certainly happened to me.

Yesterday, hpx said that she had given herself three minutes to get her blip. An interesting notion, to impose an arbitrary restriction on one's blipping activity.

Today, I decided to combine the two. Although there have been occasions when I have only taken one picture in a day, I had never deliberately restricted myself to only taking one photograph. So that's what I did today.

This is the result. I was loitering on Lothian Road... as were the workmen... the green bag caught my eye... then a young woman emerged from one of the establishments out of frame to the right (I didn't pay attention to which one, but I think it was the hairdresser's), lit a cigarette and started fiddling with her phone... The scene was complete :-)

I didn't see any blippers today.

It's Friday tomorrow - hooray!
