Poplar Windbreak

This see-through windbreak is one of many protecting a number of small fields. In summer it is a great wall of green, but at this time of the year it is sparse. As you drive past you can see beyond these trees to similar windbreaks running parallel or at right angles. Fortunately it's a good straight road because I can't resist snatching glances.
