We're off!

Well, today my friend from the U.S. and I are off on our jaunt. She arrived at my house yesterday and today we travel to London. It's always been her ambition to go to Wimbledon so we decided to go this year and queue. She's done the lottery for tickets for 14 years and never won, but, unbelievably, after we'd decided to go anyway she won tickets! That wasn't all, because last Saturday I had notification that I'd won 2 as well! We're on Court No.1 tomorrow and Court No. 1 again on Finals Day! Can't believe it.
Added to that we're taking the Eurostar to Paris on Thursday for a couple of days, back to London and on to Chichester to stay with another friend, then back to London.
It will all be pretty hectic, but we have to do these things whilst we are fit and able!
As this is my 700th Blip, I'll be bowing out for a few weeks, but I'll be back at a later date.
