Pudding in Progress

Meeting up with family tomorrow, so here is our Chocolate Trifle contribution to the puddings. After it cools, it goes into the fridge for 24 hours.

Decided to show a "work in progress". I hope my sister (pudding-maker extraordinaire!) likes it - we got the recipe from her and have adapted it. So if you are coming, you know what to look forward to.

I have back blipped yesterday as we didn't get home till midnight.
