Scrappy

No this is not my usual blip, but this is not a usual dog.
Meet "Scrappy" the neighborhood pup. He has lived on the streets around my house for almost a year or so. Most of the neighbors look out for him, feed him, even brought him a doghouse to put in the bushes for the winter months.

If we see the dog catcher we make sure Scrappy runs away. He is very clever at avoiding cars and being caught. He sometimes disappears for days and I start to worry, but then he shows up again. He comes to my house in the morning for a hotdog and some cheese- one of the highlights of my day. I used to have to throw the food towards him, but now he eats right out of my hand and I am honored that he trusts me. He is such a fine little dog. If he is ever ready for a permanent home, he has one at my place.
