List of Names (Random)

This exhibit by Douglas Gordon has been on display at the Gallery of Modern Art since 2000 and every visit I make, I spend some time scanning the names.

Today I spotted Dougie Vipond and Gordon Bennet.

It is a list of all the people that Douglas Gordon could remember having met. Each time he visits, he adds more names. At first there were 1440 names.

I wonder how many people I could remember having met? Well there was whatshisname and then thatwifie and whatabouthim. Oh yes and thatoldguywiththedog.
