Hiking today, just goofing off. I was maybe 1000 feet up? I don't know exactly, 300 mm, no editing, and this is the spectacular shot I got.

Wow.

I think I got very, very lucky.

No editing, no cropping or color changing. The lake really is that color, I don't know why. It's very clear, and cold, obviously, and beautiful. I love Alaska, and this is my backyard. It really is. It's about two miles, as the bird flies, from my house.

Amazing.
