Sloe gin.
RECIPE
1.Bought a bottle of cheap Lidl gin, went home to sterilise the jar.
2.Broke the jar!
3.Said naughty word.
4.Went out again to try to find another glass Kelner jar.
5.Walked about 4 miles; eventually found 2 smaller jars.
6.Came home, sterilised jars.
7. Pierced the sloes from the ridgeway, and placed in jars.
8. Added same weight of sugar, and a few slivered almonds.
9. Topped up with gin.
10. Leave for a couple of three months, shoogling the jars occasionally.
11. Strain liquor into bottle and sip appreciatively.
Non-numpties may omit steps 2 to 6.
