One of our five a day

Was raining a lot today, so went up to Oban.

There's a fantastic chocolate shop there, so went for an afternoon snack.
I believe the "red things" round the plate are called "Fruit"?

I guess most people know my theories on this....chocolate comes from cocoa beans, which are a fruit that grows on trees....therefore:
chocolate=fruit
Sugar comes from sugar cane or sugar beat, which is a vegetable...therefore
sugar=vegetable

So this equates to my complete 5 a day.

Something that gets me really angry is the use of "Science" in media, especially the news (and that includes the BBC). There is so much "Bad Science" around. Picked up this book for a good read.

Went to see the new Pixar movie UP...I love Pixar films. The "Short" is especially good.
