Delays

The best result from last night's gig in Southampton - the magnificent Delays in action. Rather pleased with it - moody contrasty black and whites seem to be my style for this area. Testing lighting conditions (ie. none) and a lead singer who is full of energy meant getting one sharp picture was a pretty good result! Ended up with at least 7 or 8 that I'm pleased with though, which is not a bad ratio.

A great gig anyway, with the band in fine form. New songs sound good and the old ones still sound brilliant and fresh. Why oh why they're criminally ignored by most people is beyond us.

Retired to the hotel hot, tired but with big smiles on our faces. That kind of band.
