About a month ago I was drafted in to take the place of my brother in law (Nick) in the Windsor triathlon. Having only done one sprint distance triathlon before I was a bit concerned about moving up a level to olympic distance. However, I really enjoyed it....well most of it. I also managed to perfect the skill of running at walking pace. I was spurred on by a dedicated team of supporters Lizzie, Stewpot, Gillian and Nick. I received some excellent coaching from Nick throughout. Thanks guys.
