Autumn gold

After the morning at church, I fixed fondue for lunch, then the four of us went down to the Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park to see the opening matinee performance of a new version of Anton Chekhov's Three Sisters. We went back home to change, then managed to fit in a walk at Glenwood Gardens, where I caught the early evening sun on these golden leaves. Laura had to return to University after dinner, but the three of us played a boardgame before having a fairly early night, as Roger has to take Jen to the airport early in the morning.
