Have had a very restful day. I pottered in the morning before taking the girls to swimming lessons. And then after lunch E took them down to the botanics to meet a load of friends. But it was decided I would stay here and make E's favorite dinner, get some chores done and then get some time for a walk.

I walked up Craiglockhart hill, and bumped into a friend on the way. Headed up the hill very excited about the brilliant weather. Have taken tons of shots but keep coming back to this one. I like it even though it is heavily butchered and does not show the brilliant light there was today. However I have promised myself that I would not put in a blip of the sky, as I have had a few of these lately.
