Every day is Dependence day

Among many things, Elmer is dependent on his wheels. I think its called a Quadricycle. Because Elmer can not walk he needs these wheels to explore his world. Its one of many things he enjoys doing.

Elmer's Two Rules of Quadricycling:
Fast is better.
It is fun to crash.
