Chinese Cabinet Detail

Driven indoors by the dark and the wet for today's Blip I hunted around the house and my eye fell on this.

It's a detail from the front of a Chinese Cabinet purchased for my wife's Christmas present, don't worry I'm not spoiling the surprise as she chose it herself!

Being too lazy to get down on the floor to photograph it in situ I put the cabinet on the kitchen table to get a better angle...wish I hadn't bothered as all it did was stimulate lots of comments/questions/jokes about why I had moved the object!! I think that the family are starting to think my Blipping is becoming a compulsion(and I think they are right!).
