Christmas Zombie

Christmas this year has gone by in a blur. A few Christmas babies at work. Over to Pascoe in the morning. Skyped B in Canada. Exchanged gifts. Was given two rings, a brooch, a CD, some bike gloves and a few books. Very nice. Oh, and we all got Swell Season tickets. Ripper-di-doo-dah. Their previous concert was probably my favourite ever. Among the gifts I gave were some calendars of my photos, which were well received. Haven't made a Christmas gift in many a year! Two hours sleep. Christmas lunch. Three hours sleep. Wolfed down an enormous amount of dessert and back off to work again.

Not on my finest form, but enjoyed the day and still managed to be vaguely sociable.

J always laughs at how many books are given as gifts in our family. This year was perhaps a little down on the usual number, but we bought Joey some book ends to make up for that. Lots of reading to do. Now just have to find the time...
