Beware of the Cat

Been missing a few days, haven't even picked up camera since Friday been a bit annoyed.

Call centre workers, do they get any training or are they just let loose on the public.
Feels like we've spent hours on the phone trying to get something resolved, explaining the same thing over and over again passed to different parts of the country, told different things depending on who we speak to, and it's still not resolved, but hopefully by this Friday it will be sorted.


Anyway work continues on the house. Since we've put these new doors in the cat seems to think it's his duty to guard them, keeping out intruders and it gets the sun most of the day.
