On the 27th my new SLR arrived, all professional-like in its big box with the new strap and all. I threw it, the charger, and my old SLR into my bags and rode off to work.

A block away from home, I saw this lost cat poster (I collect them), and it became my ceremonial last picture with my old SLR. (I may use it again in the future, but this was its last shot as my primary camera, and as my first DSLR)

It had a good run.
