Yum

Today I indulged in my favourite pastime, making cupcakes. It's been a while since I donned my apron and it felt great to get back in the kitchen for some baking. After months of Christmas themed cakes it was nice to start playing around with Valentine's themed hearts and sprinkles.

I am steadfast in my new year diet though and managed to bake and decorate the entire batch without tasting even a morsel. Same cannot be said for Matthew who had 2 in the space of 5 minutes. I have to say I was jealous beyond words especially as it won't make even the tiniest difference to his physique, men's metabolism's are so unfairly fast!

I have been focusing alot on my 'thinspiration' picture and repeating to myself 'nothing tastes as good as thin feels' although when it comes to my chocolate cupcakes, this statement does not apply!
