It can only get better

The day started lazy, a little longer lie in as Mr T headed off to work

Say- Raa languished in bed for ages, so peace perfect peace or so I thought

Not for long. I went through to let the dogs out for a wee before making them there breakfast.

Rufus got so excited he wee'ed over the dog beds and the doormat and was strongly encouraged too exit the building at short notice. Whilst he was mid exit I heard a "barf" noise coming from Dillon, who promptly vomited upon top of and into the corner of the sofa between the cushions! As he was about to deliver his second expulsion, I grabbed him by his front paws and encouraged him to leave the building with the word "Nooooo" being sung gently in his ear. This resulted in the second delivery being down my leg, over the outside of the glass door and onto the path

Rufus was then allowed in, Dillon then had to be washed with soapy water to remove any excess then he was allowed in. Next was their breakfast

As Dillon had been sick I gave him a bowl of rice pudding (ugh) which he loves and is gentle on his stomach
Rufus got the usual dog food which was hoovered whilst Dillon waited patiently until he was finished. I patted Dillon reassuringly on is head, then turned just in time to see hoover dog inhaling Dillon's dinner fast than a Dyson, again another short exit from the house to the garden for Rufus.
Dillon was disgusted that Rufus had eaten part of his meal, he then sulked by honking on the dog bed.
Flippin' heck.
Rufus was then back in and hot legged it across the floor to checkout the remaining food bowl. He had been tramping around in the mud and left a paw print track to the bowl, the quality of paw print changed as he got faster when he realised I was after him. Again, exited to the garden.

So, sofa cleaned x 1, bedding cleaned x 2, dogs washed x 2, clothing washed x 1, floor washed x 1 and it's only the morning!!

I swear they had no sugar fix from Blip Together last night

And then I rounded off the afternoon by clearing my guilty conscience by paying this on line.

This wasn't my fault.. my engagement ring was broken, the claws on the stone had got damaged and so I was putting it in for repair, except Laing's the jewellers where I normally go were on snail mode and it took 40mins to get this recorded for repair having been passed from 4 members of staff - duh! Just give me the pad of paper and I'll book it in myself.

Got back to the car to see that the Edinburgh City Council employee had been a bit too efficient in completing his pad on my car - £30.00...That could have bought a new filter or memory card ...

Gonna' go to bed early tonight, tomorrow should be better!
