Second Life

I've passed this carving on many, many occasions over the last few years and while whizzing past in my car, have often thought "what a great idea!"

Now that I'm bliphunting every day, I had a reason to drive up on the verge, cross the road during rush hour traffic and ignore the stares of drivers while I snapped away. This ex-tree is situated at the top of the Malone Road in Belfast.

There's another figure carved out of a different dead tree on another part of the roundabout, but that's for another day.
