Pathetic Piece of Junk!

It should not be THAT difficult to cut the grass. More work is being done on the kitchen this weekend and there was nothing I could do to help so I decided to mow the lawn. Now I know why it is normally Mr EG's job. This is our lawnmower. It's got to be about 60 years old. It used to belong to my Grandad and when he died it was cleared out of his shed and earmarked for the tip. Mr EG 'rescued' it. It didn't work and he made it work and that is why he loves it. It does not cut the grass - it rolls it flat. It backfires and blows petrol fumes in your face and stalls every time it hits a dip (many times in our none to flat lawn). And it is so heavy and vibrates so madly, you can barely hold onto it. So take one last look Mr EG - cos it's going to the tip!!
