Rascaletta

According to the newspaper, yesterday was the first sunny, blue sky day since December 12th. That makes today only the second, and I can't tell you how wonderful it is to see the sun shining all day long when grey is the customary mode. So this afternoon I celebrated by taking a very short walk in the park with Bob and Gulliver. We only walked the shortest loop, and I used my monopod as a walking stick, but all that unaccustomed fresh air and exercise wore me out. After supper I plopped down to read, fell sound asleep and dropped my book on the floor. Fortunately I woke up in time to post this picture of Rascaletta. That done, I think I'll go back to bed!
