245 [belt tightening]

A sign today that my post-Christmas diet is working - I had to go out and get a new belt. The old one had a few extra holes punched in, and the 'tail' bit was getting a bit too long. (I don't know what the technical name for the bit you pull through the buckle is!)

It's actually my second attempt at a new belt. Bought one yesterday but found it was too big (even though I checked the size), so had to exchange it today.

It also nice to have my Wii Fit character tell me I've been good, instead of shaking his head! :)
