Tree Against The Mist.

Saturdays are really nice when I can afford time before I start work to go around by Ullswater. We hadn't gone far over the A66 when even The Mother knew why I went "Wow!" From a few miles away it was obvious that the valley was full of mist. We were making a steep descent and I just had to take this shot through the car windscreen as we traveled. (No, I wasn't driving!)

The lake itself was lovely, but it can be lovely again another day. I might not
get a chance of this shot until the tree is bare again next winter.
