Contrasts

I didn't plan to blip this today. I took a nice photo of the Ulster Museum and was all set to upload that. Then when I turned round to walk back to work I got the urge to take a snap of this, the Tropical Ravine in the Botanic Gardens. It didn't look like much on the camera but when I put it onto my laptop I sort of fell for it!

I think it's the contrasts I like here:

the straight lines of the greenhouse vs the curvy, natural lines of the branches;
the warm light on the glass up against the cool blue sky;
the condensation from the humidity inside and the dry, frosty air outside...

... but maybe that's just me :)
