Water Halo?

Another blue blip, the sea has held it's extraordinary turquoise all winter, the sun came out just as we arrived at our favourite swimming spot. It shone deep into the water and burst out around my shadow. Hopefully, I will one day be able to actually capture it how it was, the bright, sharp and etherial rays shimmering through the water, but for the time being I will have to just remember it.

The swim was, as always, cold but superb, the tide was right out so the jump off the pier was long and deep! Yay!
