A swimming troop of monkeys?

Decided on the way home from my walk with H Helen this morning, to call in to pantai meragang for a bit of a nosey along the beach, and see if anything was 'occuring'

well other than some soldiers dug in to the sand ..and a rather large green gun being there (thats normal?? nope i feel not!) i figured i would get a nice shot of the shells on the beach or something..

But i was a little distracted by some splashing sounds a little up the river away from the beach..

i passed by some ladies i know through the Animal shelter thing here and had a chat.. and then saw what all the splashing was about..

The monkeys were on a branch taking it in turns to jump INTO the water.. swim over to the other bank.. forage for food.. and then swim back..

I was amazed.. sadly my camera couldnt cope with the distance.. and i wasnt able to get a clear enough shot of these things Hurling themselves into the water.. BUT
i managed to get them in a queue trying to get OUT of the water the other side..

Gosh im soo lucky to get to see things like this!

Im off to Hong Kong to watch the Rugby 7s tomorrow.. so will have to Back Blip im afraid as im not taking my PC with me.. dont forget me.. cos .. Ill be back .. as Arnie once said..
