Sign of Spring - Earth Day
I'm back! Sorry for disappearing for the past week. I had a friend visiting...so I ended up lazy and didn't bake & cook much.
Since my winter food project is over (and didn't complete lol), I think it's the time to start taking pictures of something else. Well, I'll try my best to take some food pictures too. However, I'm moving at the end of May...so now I'm trying to clean up my pantry and fridge...so not much of interesting food to take pictures hahahaha. Plus, my baking supplies are running out too. So, I think it's best to end the baking for a little while.
Couple days ago, I noticed that someone planted tulips in my garden last fall. I'm not sure whether you have to plant the bulbs every fall or not. (Can someone tell me about this?) Well, it's definitely not me who planted it. Probably either the landlord or the tenant who lived here last year. Anyhow, I hope that it will fully grow by the end of May, so I get to see these pretty tulips in my garden.
Another thing...Just in time for the Earth Day, it is my turn of renting a documentary movie at the library called EARTH by DisneyNature. It was in theater on Earth Day 2009. For those of you who haven't seen it, you must see it or at least check out the trailer. This documentry is amazing. This documentary is the combination of drama, family, thriller, comedy, action..and so on. I was amazed by the behind the scene of this film making too. It was amazing to see there are so many things in this World that you haven't seen. Anyway, please check it out.
This year I think the DisneyNature has similar film called Oceans. I think it's in theatre today. Well, if you have nothing to do this weekend, maybe check this out!
Happy Earth Day, everyone!
