Portrait of a duck and its mate

Lots of rest today.

Not only have we needed to recover from a long trip home, I haven't felt fantastic :-( Bad memories of a year ago but hopefully this is just a blip (so to speak).

Late this afternoon we took a walk to a nearby pond. I took lots of shots of ducks feeding but none took my fancy. I have yet to master photographing ducks in action, in the meantime I leave you with a duck family portrait ;-)
