The Start of the Process

I thought this week we could run through the new plant from start to finish and where better to start that from the raw material, Clay, Dug from the stock pile and emptied into the feeder system ready to be ground finer in the clay preperation plant for the main production.

The machine you see is a Caterpilla 972G with a bucket capacity of 7 cubic metres and the engine size is around 12 Litre turbo Diesel. The cost for this is £182,000.
