Got the train down to Newcastle for the 'Big Night Out' Marthew had organised with his colleagues in BBC Newcastle and Leeds. Met
Matthew beforehand and went for a couple on the Quayside as it was a nice sunny evening. It was good night out. I feel like I'm getting too old to stay up past 2am though.

Took Orla swimming in the morning. She's getting good at kicking her legs but I think her armbands are restricting her from proper arm movement. As I never let her go anyway I think we'll just leave then next time. She likes the shower and will even our her head under of her own accord.
