Had very pleasant few days at E's mums in Killin.
This morning we watched the start of the first Meall nan Tarmachan hill race. It has been organised by E's sister, her partner and a group of their friends.
A group of 66 hardy souls headed up into the cloud, to follow a ridge that had a dusting of fresh snow. I felt jealous, a few years ago I would have been with them, It has given me the resolve to get running and strengthen my knee again.
The girls were frozen just watching the start, so we didn't hang around. It sounds like it all went very well.

Instead we headed down to Stirling to visit an old friend in a new house. Very nice it was too.

Then home.,
