When I arrived at the daycare centre to pick up the children, this is how Ellis was sitting in the toy car. She had this expression like she was saying: "Dude, I'm looking cool in my car here and I'm sooo not going home with you". The last bit is correct as Ellis did not like it at all when she had to get out of it. Oh well, 15 minutes later we were enjoying pancakes at home and she was happy again...

Thank you for your comments regarding my apple allergy. It's not that big a deal really; I've been having this for years and with some medication it doesn't stop me from doing whatever I want or need to do. The news yesterday was mainly that by knowing this, I can prepare myself somewhat better next year by getting my medication before the birches are blooming and to watch out with apples somewhat. The latter I had been instinctively doing anyway without really knowing why...
