zhen zhu n?i chá

We've managed to see a lot of the world over the past 9 months during various breaks and time off from teaching in China.

Recently we were told we would have about a week off since our students will be taking mid-term exams.

We've wanted to go to Shanghai for a long time, but with the World Expo happening there, it would be too expensive/chaotic for our liking.

So...we decided to take a 6 day trip to Taipei, Taiwan, a short flight away from Hong Kong.

As soon as we got there, I absolutely had to find some bubble tea (zhen zhu n?i chá) because not only was it invented in Taiwan, but I absolutely love it.

After being here for several hours, there's about a place to get this wonderful drink every step you take.

I am in bubble-tea heaven.
