Soup's On

I'm a 40-something year-old mom of 2. And my mom, age 68, still feels the need to bring food for us when she comes to visit. Since it's usually pretty tasty, I'm not complaining. But I am amused! So, this time it was a large ham. We split it up and tonight I made split pea soup with some of it. A tasty treat that my kids can't quite bring themselves to enjoy. (The color is pretty nasty so I don't blame them.)

Edit: Almost forgot ... I've been away from blip for what feels like forever. I had to reinstall Windows and all my apps, etc. last week and just today was able to get Photoshop installed. Whew!
