First full day in California with my sister, her kids (ages 2 and 4, just like mine), and my "mom #2."

The four cousins had SO much fun together, as did the adults :)

My sister and I were completely spoiled...we spent the majority of the day at the local spa being pampered, followed by lunch together, and just some all around incredible relaxation.

The owner of the spa is a good friend of my sister. She recently moved the spa to a new location and needed some marketing photos for her new website...I was lucky enough to be in town and spent a couple hours shooting photos of the new spa. How fun...I am not accustomed to shooting subjects of such consistent light and that don't move. :) It was a great experience and something I really enjoyed...my first taste of "stock photography," (if that's what you'd call it?)
