Eco Dad!

My lovely dad has always been an eco-warrior. He's always been into recycling and up-cycling. As a child it drove me mad when he wouldn't buy new but would renovate and refurbish. I was embarrassed by his habit of picking up discarded things because 'they're useful'.

Now I see he was simply ahead of his time!

When we called in to see him on the way back from Ireland (to collect the dog) I was deeply impressed by this piece of horticultural ingenuity. I've nicked the idea and pass it on to all enthusiastic gardeners and eco-warriors in Blipland :-)
I must tell you that he has a very impressive garden full of the healthiest plants I've ever seen...now I know why!
