Wandering to Wandsworth

Lunchtime was wet and grey but I wanted some fresh air so headed across Battersea Bridge Road and along the embankment, turning back just short of Wandsworth Bridge.

It seems a quiet stretch of river, despite the number of new-ish buildings on the south side. I can see this old building on the other side from the office I'm working in but despite several efforts on Google have been unable to find out what is was and if it's used now. Maybe I'll ask a human being tomorrow if they know anything.

It looks in quite good shape. My guess is it was one of the many mills that used to congregate around here.

Just hope it doesn't disappear from the view.
