Up earlu and a great monring walk with Juno, chatted to a dog owner I had not seen for a while and had a great chat.

School sports day today, Eco mum went along to watch the last one for Eco daughter.

Popped up to the Doctors today, all the tests are normal, back in a month, going to just get out doing this again and fight this triredness.

Work was ok, just got my head down and got on with it.

Met eco son for some food, a chat and some Mountain biking films, scary stuff.
