Bokito

Next trip i will change vessel and go to the Husky instead of the Retriever. When you're working for more or less ten years on the same vessel, you'll gather a lot of personal stuff on board. I am busy with collecting all this and packing it. This morning i found my Bokito glasses. This picture needs some explanation I am afraid. Bokito is an alpha male Gorilla in Rotterdam Zoo. Three years ago a quite nasty accident happened when Bokito escaped and hurt a woman pretty bad. Root cause of this accident was that the woman had too much direct eye contact with Bokito for too long time. Gorilla's don't like that, and especially alpha males don't like that. Very short after this incident an insurance company gave away those glasses made of carton with the inscription : The solution is always simple.
